OIS JVLR MUN will be held on December 13th and 14th 2025. The conference will take place at the Oberoi International School JVLR Campus.

Students from grades 6-12 are permitted to attend the conference. Grades 6-8 are eligible for Middle School Committees, while grades 9-12 are eligible for High School Committees.

On Day 1, December 13th, the conference will run from 8:00 am to 3 pm, followed by Night Crisis for selected High School Delegates until 6pm. Day 2, December 14th, begins with Morning Crisis for selected Middle School delegates from 7 am to 9:30 am following which the conference will run from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.

The conference fee is Rs. 3,000 for external delegates (tax-inclusive) and Rs. 2,000 for OIS Students. This cost is non-refundable.

Our committees suit a range of experience levels, from novice to experienced. Delegates of all levels, including first-timers are welcome.

The registration form will allow you to select your top three preferences for your committee (the forum you will discuss under) and portfolio (the country/individual that you will represent) The secretariat will take these preferences into account and assign you a position to our best judgement. Positions once allocated, cannot be changed.
