Accessibility Initiative
At OIS JVLR MUN, we are proud to introduce our Accessibility Initiative, aimed at ensuring that every delegate can participate fully and comfortably in the conference. Our goal is to make MUN a space where all voices are heard and valued, regardless of individuals' differences, because diplomacy thrives on equal opportunity and mutual respect. If there's anything we can help you with, please reach out to us.
Conference Information
Dress Code

Day 2: Western Formals
Preparatory Material
Delegates will be required to print any research material or speeches that they have prepared. While laptops are required, internet access will not be provided during moderated caucuses, challenges etc. Delegates will only use their devices to write paperwork.
Parents’ Participation
We love your enthusiasm, but this is strictly a students-only zone! Parents are not allowed to attend the conference. We kindly request you to make necessary arrangements for drop-off and pick-up of your wards on both days.
Meals
Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks will be provided for all delegates on both days.
Sustainability Focus
This is a sustainable event, and we are committed to minimizing waste. Please bring your own reusable water bottles, which can be refilled at stations across the school campus. No plastic or disposable materials will be used during the conference.
Teacher Facilitators
A delegation will need to be accompanied by a faculty advisor who will be required to bring their school officiated ID cards. Additionally, they will be required to fill out a Child Safeguarding Form at the entrance. Every delegation will be allowed a maximum of one teacher facilitator. While they will not be permitted to enter committee while it's in session, they may converse with their delegates during the breaks.
